Ceiling flush-mounted PIR occupancy switches with closed loop control for DSI ballasts CEFLA PIR DSI can be used to control up to 20 high frequency DSI dimmable ballasts. They incorporate a passive infra-red quad sensor to detect movement of a warm body within its detection zone and a photocell to monitor the ambient light level. The products can be flush mounted into suspended and plasterboard ceilings. CEFLA PIR DSI operates by Absence Detection. It requires a retractive (momentary) switch to be pressed when a person enters the room. This will switch the lights ON and enable the PIR switch to control the load. The load will automatically be switched OFF or to its reduced lux level (minimum) when no further movement is detected for its RUN-ON time.

Loading
Daylight linked dimming with occupancy switching. For controlling DSI dimmable ballasts. The external DSI power supply provided can control up to 40mA, eg. 20 ballasts at 2mA (varies according to make and model of ballasts). For greater numbers of ballasts (64 max.) an additional external DSI Power supplies can be purchased (DANLERS order code: DBPSU).
