DANLERS Innovative First To Market Thermal Sensor Technology Drives Energy Efficiency at The Guinness Partnership
DANLERS Limited is excited to announce the successful deployment of our cutting-edge thermal sensor technology, part code INGY-THFLDALI12V, at The Guinness Partnership’s Bower House site in Oldham. This initiative, in collaboration with ecosystem partners INGY, digital experts Integrated Buildings and The Guinness Partnership (TGP), marks a significant advancement in smart building management, driving energy efficiency and sustainability.
Optimising Energy Use with Advanced Thermal Sensing
At the heart of this project is DANLERS’ new thermal, sensor technology, designed to monitor occupancy and energy usage in real-time. The sensors, strategically placed across the 54,000-square-foot Bower House facility, provide detailed heat mapping and motion detection, feeding data into a cloud-based monitoring platform. This allows for precise tracking of occupancy patterns and energy consumption, facilitating data-driven decision-making for energy optimisation.
The INGY-THFLDALI12V thermal sensors have been integral in achieving a forecasted 40% reduction in energy consumption at Bower House. This translates to an impressive annual saving of £60,000, underscoring the technology’s potential to significantly cut costs and reduce carbon emissions.
Data-Driven Solutions for Sustainable Results
By leveraging real-time data from DANLERS’ sensors, The Guinness Partnership can now monitor critical systems such as HVAC, lighting, and power with unprecedented accuracy. The data collected not only highlights areas of inefficiency but also enables automated system interventions that optimise energy use without compromising on indoor comfort.
Supporting The Guinness Partnership’s Net Zero 2050 Strategy
This initiative aligns seamlessly with The Guinness Partnership’s Net Zero 2050 strategy, demonstrating how innovative technology can drive sustainable outcomes. The success at Bower House sets a precedent for similar projects across TGP’s portfolio, showcasing the scalability of DANLERS’ thermal sensor technology to other facilities and sectors.
We are proud to be at the forefront of delivering intelligent, energy-efficient solutions that contribute to a more sustainable future.
